This painting was inspired by simply building confidence. However this inspiration has layers. on a personal note- As a parent it is fascinating to watch and shape your children. Giving them opportunities to learn, grow and overcome fears and challenges is one of the most rewarding things. Which always takes me by surprise. Letting go is hard, but it is worth it.
I think we can all feel that deep stomach feeling of fear standing at the edge of a diving board. And then flooding with joy as we overcome and take that leap
